Hallmark Announces New June 2025 Movies for "Passport to Love!"

How can you be a world traveler and enjoy a "staycation" at the same time? With a little Hallmark magic, of course!
During Hallmark Channel's annual Passport to Love 2025 lineup, you'll visit Barcelona, Italy, and Machu Picchu. Plus, with your frequent flyer miles, you will head to Mystery Island to figure out "whodunnit" in another new cozy mystery movie--compliments of Hallmark Mystery!
Just don't expect to find your bathroom towels fashioned into exotic animals while you travel!
Mystery Island: Play for Keeps
Premieres: June 5, 2025, on Hallmark Mystery
Starring: Elizabeth Henstridge and Charlie Weber
Plot: Mystery Island hosts a corporate retreat with a guest being Emilia's ex-fiancé. Old feelings become complicated, tensions run high, and allegations arise when a guest is found dead.
To Barcelona, with Love
Premieres: June 7, 2025, on Hallmark Channel
Starring: Alison Sweeney and Ashley Williams
Sweeney and Williams had posted teasers to their Instagram accounts about working on a project in Spain. Now we know what they were up to!
These talented Hallmark ladies demonstrate their versatility and creativity as they perform both in front of and behind the camera for two special movies during Passport to Love 2025.
PLOT: In the first one, Sweeney plays Erica, an American expat living in Barcelona who translates novels into Spanish, though her dream is to be published herself someday. Anna (Williams) is the American author of the book Barcelona, Mi Amor that became a big hit after Erica’s translation. Due to its local popularity, Anna comes to Barcelona for a book signing event.
Anna's arrival not only catches the attention of local bookstore owner, Nico, played by Alejandro Tous (for whom Erica has long had feelings), but also, Anna’s appearance at the store threatens to bring to light Erica’s secret. Erica had taken liberties with her translation to improve the story and infuse it with the local authenticity it was missing.
As the two women become friends over the course of Anna’s visit, they ultimately help each other embark on a path to find their true happiness.
To Barcelona, Forever
Premieres: June 14, 2025, on Hallmark Channel
Starring: Alison Sweeney and Ashley Williams
PLOT: The second movie begins five months later and follows Erica and Anna as they are happily navigating new chapters in their lives.
This time the friends find themselves traveling outside the city of Barcelona to a charming village where a misunderstanding leads to unexpected romance for one of them.
Hallmark promises that the two Barcelona movies will whisk viewers away to Spain’s romantic streets and charming villages!
Villa Amore
Premieres: June 21, 2025, on Hallmark Channel
Starring: Eloise Mumford and Kevin McGarry
PLOT: Liara goes to Italy and impulsively buys the villa where her parents met. She soon learns she is in way over her head and must ask a lawyer-turned-handyman to help her renovate.
A Machu Picchu Proposal
Premieres: June 28, 2025, on Hallmark Channel
Starring: Rhiannon Fish and Alec Santos
PLOT: Katie (Rhiannon Fish) agrees to join her brother Dan and his girlfriend Luciana on a trip to Peru. Dan plans to propose to Luciana in a grand way at Machu Picchu at the end of the week and needs Katie’s Spanish speaking skills to ask Luciana’s Peruvian father for his blessing. However, when Luciana’s friend, Chef Carlos (Alec Santos), arrives, he accidentally ruins each proposal attempt. Refusing to give up, Katie does everything in her power to make this proposal happen, until Dan calls it off. Katie must lean into Chef Carlos’ spontaneity to not only save the day and the proposal, and Carlos may just win Katie’s heart too!
